As senior marketing manager, I lead the team responsible for the high-growth “digital workflow” category which consists of CAD/CAM, 3D printing and software solutions for dental practices.

My primary duties include designing and executing a commercial calendar that is aligned with internal and external sales, negotiating six-figure plus advertising partnerships with suppliers and overseeing quarterly omni-channel campaigns.

Additionally, I run Henry Schein’s “Lead Center of Excellence” which develops, tests and optimizes lead qualification standards and procedures for our marketing automation —> CRM integration.

 
 

What I've accomplished:

 

1.

Led a team that designed and executed six omni-channel campaigns in 2020. The campaigns increased leads >200% year-over-year, generated a $83.7 million pipeline and produced $7 million in incremental revenue.

 

2.

Built a cross-functional team that improved lead acceptance by 40% and increased lead conversion rate by 10x in one year.

 

3.

Developed an annual sales incentive program that produced over $5 million in incremental revenue in its first two years (a >200% increase in sales).
